Phone ordering

Lily answers your phone and takes the whole order.

Customers keep calling the number they already know. Your phone company forwards the call to Lily, who greets the caller by your restaurant's name, takes a pickup order from your own menu, and reads it back before it is final.

What you get

Exact prices and tax

Prices, options and tax come from your menu, not from guesswork. Totals are worked out to the cent.

Handles real ordering

Callers change their minds. Lily can change a quantity, take off one item, or add "no onion" without losing the rest of the order.

Asks when it's unclear

If a dish name could mean two things, she asks which one. If you don't sell something, she says so.

Knows your hours and wait time

She can quote how long an order will take and answer "where are you?" from the directions you saved.
